So, we are not going to see any Rob Kardashian posts about Blac Chyna anytime soon, as she was granted a temporary restraining order from him, which states that he can’t come near her or post anything about her online.
Blac Chyna was in came to court on Monday morning with her lawyer to fight what she says is cyber-bullying by Rob Kardashian.
To be fair, Rob Kardashian did post some personal messages and vids last week about his relationship with Blac Chyna on his Instagram account. But Rob’s reason was that she cheated on him so this was his revenge, so to say.
Lisa Bloom, who is the lawyer representing Blac Chyna said they got what they wanted.
“As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse,” Bloom said. “It is also a crime in California and 38 other states.”
Attorney Robert Shapiro represented Rob Kardashian, who did not appear in court. Shapiro said that Rob Kardashian’s main concern now “is the health and welfare of the baby and both parents are going to work toward that goal.”
Blac Chyna also said that her main focus now is to go back to co-parenting their baby, Dream. However, at the same time she said that she felt betrayed as Rob Kardashian was someone who she trusted and who ended up leaving her devastated after his actions.
Who knows what’s in store for Blac Chyna and Robby boy after this court decision settles, but hopefully they can move on to better things like providing the best life that they can for their baby, dream.
